It is a holiday house with 3 bedrooms (one double and two twin) to sleep 6 people. There are two bathrooms, one in the room where there is a queen bed. Each bathroom has a shower and window. Both have been recently renovated. Each room has a small wardrobe and bedside table. There is a windowed kitchen and dining room, windowed, with cupboard, sofa and table with chairs for dining inside. A patio overlooking the sea equipped with table and chairs will allow you to eat out, relax and read a good book or simply enjoy the sea view. The house is furnished in a spartan but is equipped with all necessary equipment for the kitchen and has a new fridge and oven. This place is usually assaulted in August by the Italians who mostly leave in that month. So you will not find a lot of confusion out period but only the locals and other tourists who prefer the quiet. The tourist center is the nearest town of Tropea, about 8 km drive (necessaria!) famous for its old town and the beautiful island as it is called, on which stands an ancient monastery. She is also known for its white sandy beach. But the coast is undoubtedly the most beautiful of the gods. The Coast begins right from the beach of Santa Maria di Tropea from which the house is only 500m. The airport at Lamezia Terme is about 60km, 120km and Pizzo Calabro Reggio Calabria, famous for its castle, the beach, the old town and said the ice cream truffles, is about 40 km. The town of Vibo Valentia trip worth about 30 km, the beautiful Norman castle, now home to the archaeological museum.
