What do you need help with?
Posting an ad on Private Landlord Rentals is quick and easy. Simply visit the home page and click on the "post a free ad" button on the right-hand side of the page. Then:
1. You will notice your ad will be posted in the city you have chosen. If you wish to change the city click change city on the search bar to change the city you are posting in.
2. Fill out the details for your ad in the posting form.
3. Add up to 8 photos for free
4. Post Your Ad
Once submitted, there can be a delay of up to 3-4 hours before the ad will appear online, so please be patient. Please Note: We fully validate all posts and if you are an agency your ad will be removed. At Private Landlord Rentals we only allow private tenants to post ads and not agencies.
After you submit your ad, you’ll be sent a confirmation email which will contain your reference number and password. Please keep this email, because you can use these details later to edit, repost or delete your ad.
Activation of My Ad
As our name suggests Private Landlord Rentals is a private website connecting private landlords with tenants, with no agency posting allowed. As we do not allow agencies to post ads, if you are found to be an agency your ad will be removed from the website.
Validation of ads usually takes 3-4 hours, however you ad usually takes 5-10 minutes for activation.
Receiving Responses to My Ad
By email (and phone)
When you fill in your contact details on your ad you will notice a section stating whether you want to receive responses via email, phone or by both. The choice you make will be visible on your ad once it becomes live on our website.
Editing My Ad
When you submit an ad, you will automatically receive an email confirming your ad details along with your password and ad refference. Using this information you can log onto our website via the manage ads section and update your ad accordingly.
Deleting My Ad
You can remove your ad by logging into your account by using your ad refference and password you received when you posted your ad. Once logged in please follow the link to Remove Your Ad.
Reporting an Agency Spam Ad
If you find an ad listed on our website that is spam or an agency, please follow the report ad link on the ad page or you can email us directly to email@example.com
