* Maximum rent price : 1100£/month for the whole flat
* Furnished
* Exclusively for a long let term
- 2nd option :
* A 1 double bedroom flat (or a large studio) (no single bed)- zone 1&2
(preferably post codes : W9, W2, W1, NW8, NW1 (south), SW1, WC1, WC2, EC1, EC2, EC3, EC4, SE1, E1, E2,E3,E14, N1)
* Maximum rent price : 400£/month for the whole flat (with bills included if it's possible)
* Furnished
* Exclusively for a long let term
